this hotel is beautiful. it is clean and amazing location. it stands right on a fine beach. the pools appear super clean. the food tastes fresh and is delicious with lots of variety. the whole place feels like luxury. michael and mr samuel at reception are respectful and helpful. they always seem ready to assist. it improved my stay. the rooms are spacious and very clean. the beach is crystal clear. there's great snorkeling also.
the staff seems nice, though the receptionist doesn't smile. i don't know why they put him at the front desk. i got sick from the italian food my first night. a slovakian guest was sick as well. when i reported this to them, they didn't take action about it.

my deluxe room included a king size bed and a separate sitting area. the bathroom area features a double vanity and a walk-in shower. a private balcony had views of the garden area; it also provided a relaxing space.

the hotel offered a 24-hour concierge that arranged excursions and airport transfers. daily housekeeping kept my room tidy. the staff was generally attentive. room service always delivered quickly, usually in 30 minutes.
