mixed experience
unheated pool distant toilets
the adult pool was not heated, disappointing given that it was advertised as open all year. when i inquired about upgrading to a room near a heated pool, my request was denied. i found this unreasonable, especially considering i had booked a premium all inclusive stay and the hotel seemed underbooked (i don't drink alcohol so it saves money to the hotel). there were no toilets near the sea, a considerable inconvenience.

I found the availability of drinks to be limited. Some choices required an extra fee despite my all-inclusive premier package. My children mostly wanted milkshakes but they were unavailable before noon. the breakfast hours ended too early, leaving few options for a later breakfast.

amazing detail and friendly staff!
great staff diverse option top notch facility
I was amazed by the attention given to every detail at this hotel. the staff was great, and the facilities were top notch. the restaurants had diverse options, and i loved the spa. i will stay here again for sure. laundry was very helpful . My friend gave the staff a workout.
i felt that more toilets are needed near the beach. walking a long distance with an upset stomach was not fun. there also were no showers to wash off sand before heading back to the pool.

The hotel offered multiple restaurants and daily events kept me busy. The internet access was superb (surprisingly fast!).
The room was clean but lacked a bathtub. Finding a toilet near the sea required a long walk. This felt quite inconvenient.

breakfast included multiple live stations i saw everything that you would expect in a five star hotel the variety was wide it was more than i expected to see at other hotels the hotel maintained the facilities very well everything felt perfect the sea was nice the hotel is in one of the nicest spots i saw in sahl hasheesh the room and facilities were great the food was amazing too
the receptionist didn't smile i don't know why they let him work at the front desk i felt the hotel was overrated it was overpriced i think you can get better quality for half the amount the room was very clean the view was great but the room had no bathtub it only included a walking shower

amazing holiday
fine beach super clean pool delicious food spacious room
this hotel is beautiful. it is clean and amazing location. it stands right on a fine beach. the pools appear super clean. the food tastes fresh and is delicious with lots of variety. the whole place feels like luxury. michael and mr samuel at reception are respectful and helpful. they always seem ready to assist. it improved my stay. the rooms are spacious and very clean. the beach is crystal clear. there's great snorkeling also.
